The staff's really good assistance in making dinner reservations enhanced our trip, and watching sunsets from our bay view room created lovely memories. The gardens offered a tranquil escape, although breakfast options felt limited.

Booked airy and modest room that was classic furnishings with updated bathrooms. The staff were amazing friendly and the location was good.
I didn't find elevator, so was a little disappointed.

The high ceilings and large windows provided fine harbor views that were hard to beat. The outdoor terraces were perfect for soaking in the scenery with a drink in hand.
Finding the hotel was a challenge due to low-key signage, and the room amenities were quite basic, lacking in-room coffee and showing signs of wear with moldy window frames and soap scum on tiles. Breakfast had a few misses, like oddly prepared coffee and dried out vegetables.

greatly enjoyed valparaiso, the hotel was charming small and very historic high on a hill over looking the colourful houses of valparaiso. at the restaurant, the breakfast was healthy with amazing views. the location was stunning, relatively close to paseo gervasoni. besides, it was close to restaurants on the cerro, a must to explore for those who love valparaiso street art, and harbour.

beautiful, beautiful, beautiful
This fine classical old hotel is a feast for the eyes, with exquisite gardens that gracefully cascade down the hillside. My room was large with high ceilings, and the bay window offered amazing views across the harbor. I appreciated the staff's dedication as they personally collected my luggage from a previous hotel-such a thoughtful touch!

The restaurant was small for dinner, we ordered wonderful dishes. The sea view was a good bonus. The location was particularly good and magnificent, not too far away from Paseo Gervasoni.
